Email support@fxbattlefield.com. We usually reply within two business days (Brisbane time). Please write from the email address on your FX Battlefield account, so we can find it.

For a problem in the app, tell us the market, the date you were replaying, your browser, and what you expected to happen. A screenshot helps.

Plans and billing

• Upgrading. Choose Standard or Advanced on the pricing page or in the app. Payment is taken by Stripe on its secure checkout page; we never see your card number.
• On your statement the charge appears as FXBATTLEFIELD.COM.
• Receipts are emailed by Stripe after each payment.
• Cancelling. Cancel any time in the app under Manage billing. You keep your plan until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then move to the Free plan and keep everything you saved.
• Refunds. Not happy with a new plan? Email us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. The details are in the terms of service, and nothing in them limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
• A charge you don’t recognise? Email us before contacting your bank, and we’ll sort it out.

Your account

• Forgotten password. Email us from your account’s address and we’ll help you back in.
• Deleting your account. Email us from your account’s address. We delete the account and everything saved in it: replays, journal notes, screenshots, models and progress. If you have a paid plan, cancel it first.
• Your data. See the privacy policy for what we keep and why.

Classes

• Joining. Open Classes in the app and enter the 8-character code from your teacher. Your teacher sees the name you choose, never your email.
• Leaving. Use Leave next to the class. Your teacher loses access straight away.
• Teaching. Creating classes is part of the Advanced plan. The course you assign is included for your students, whatever their plan.

About the price data

Charts show real historical prices where a licensed dataset covers the market and date. Everywhere else they show synthetic demo data, and the chart says so. FX Battlefield is for education and practice only. It is not financial advice and never gives trade signals.
