Billing questions
Do I need a card for the Free plan?
No. A free account is just an email and a password. You only add a card if you choose a paid plan.
How does billing work?
Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. If we change a price, we email you at least 30 days before it applies to your renewal.
Can I cancel?
Any time, in the app under Manage billing. You keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for, then move to the Free plan. Everything you saved stays.
Can I get a refund?
If you're not happy, email us within 14 days of your first payment for a plan and we'll refund it in full. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, or consumer law where you live, are not affected. The terms have the details.
How do student seats work?
A seat is a one-time purchase that gives one student Standard for six months from the day it's assigned. Unassigned seats can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
Is it affiliated with any prop firm?
No. Prop-firm rules are summarised from each firm's public information, and nothing on FX Battlefield is financial advice.
