Terms of use and risk disclaimer

Last updated 18 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and ProDesk Pty Ltd (ACN 702 132 910, ABN 22 702 132 910), trading as ProDesk Apps, which operates FX Battlefield by RiskDesk. By using the site you accept them.

Education and simulation only: not financial advice

FX Battlefield is an educational and simulation tool. Nothing on it is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, a recommendation to buy or sell anything, or a signal to trade. It does not take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs. Trading forex, futures and other leveraged products carries a high risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose more than you deposit. Speak to a licensed adviser before trading.

Simulated results have limits

Replays, drills, pass-probability estimates, Readiness scores and every other result on the site are hypothetical. They are produced with the benefit of hindsight about which history was replayed, they do not involve real money, and they cannot account for the pressure of real trading, liquidity, or execution at the prices shown. Spreads, commissions and slippage are modelled, not reproduced. Past or simulated performance does not indicate future results.

Price data

Unless a chart is labelled with a licensed data source, the prices shown are synthetic demonstration data generated by the software. They are not real market history, and they must not be used to judge how any real market behaved.

Prop-firm information

Prop-firm rules, prices and ratings are summarised from each firm’s own published information (and Trustpilot, where shown) at the date stated in the app. Firms change their rules without notice, so the summaries may be out of date. FX Battlefield is not affiliated with, endorsed by or paid by any prop firm. Always read the firm’s current rules and contract before you buy an evaluation.

Concept names

Terms such as “ICT-style”, “Silver Bullet” and “Unicorn” describe widely taught public trading concepts in our own definitions. FX Battlefield is not affiliated with or endorsed by any educator, including the Inner Circle Trader.

Classes

If you run a class, use what you see about your students only to teach them, and keep it confidential. Don't ask students to share passwords or real trading account details. Students can leave whenever they choose. If you run classes for a school or business, you are responsible for any consent your students' circumstances require (for example, from a parent or guardian).

Plans, billing and renewal

FX Battlefield has a Free plan and two paid plans, Standard and Advanced, billed monthly or yearly at the prices shown on the pricing page when you subscribe. Prices are in US dollars. Taxes may be added where the law requires. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period, and the card on file is charged for the next period, until you cancel. If we change a price, we will email you at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it for a short time and you keep your plan meanwhile. If it still can’t be collected, your account moves to the Free plan. You keep everything you saved, but Free-plan limits apply until you subscribe again.

Cancelling and refunds

Cancel any time in the app under Manage billing. You keep your plan until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then move to the Free plan. You won’t be charged again.

First payment: if you’re not happy, email us within 14 days of your first payment for a plan and we’ll refund it in full. After that, payments already made, including for the unused part of a period, aren’t refunded, except where the law requires it.

Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, or under consumer law where you live, including refunds for a service with a major failure. If you are in the EU or UK, starting a paid plan straight away is your request for the service to begin during the 14-day withdrawal period. The 14-day first-payment refund above covers your withdrawal right in full.

Acceptable use

Don’t attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at volume, reverse-engineer protected data, or use it to break any law.

Liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties and are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it, including trading losses. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Where our liability can be limited but not excluded, it is limited to supplying the service again.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
